{"id":234792,"date":"2026-09-17T16:50:35","date_gmt":"2026-09-17T11:20:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/germantec.lk\/?post_type=events&#038;p=234792"},"modified":"2026-09-17T16:50:35","modified_gmt":"2026-09-17T11:20:35","slug":"cgtti-intake-2026-entrance-examination-successfully-concluded","status":"publish","type":"events","link":"https:\/\/germantec.lk\/index.php\/events\/cgtti-intake-2026-entrance-examination-successfully-concluded\/","title":{"rendered":"CGTTI Intake 2026 Entrance Examination Successfully Concluded"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are proud to announce that the Entrance Examination for the <strong>Ceylon German Technical Training Institute (CGTTI), Moratuwa \u2013 Intake 2026<\/strong> was successfully conducted on <strong>13 September 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Demonstrating strong interest in technical and vocational education, a total of <strong>6,526 candidates<\/strong> participated in the examination across <strong>seven designated centres island-wide<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Lumbini College<\/strong> \u2013 Colombo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prince of Wales&#8217; College<\/strong> \u2013 Moratuwa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ceylon German Technical Training Institute (CGTTI)<\/strong> \u2013 Moratuwa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>St. Anthony&#8217;s Boys&#8217; College<\/strong> \u2013 Katugastota, Kandy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sangamiththa College<\/strong> \u2013 Galle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Anuradhapura Central College<\/strong> \u2013 Anuradhapura<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dharmadutha National School<\/strong> \u2013 Badulla<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shaping Sri Lanka&#8217;s Industrial Future<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This examination marks a vital milestone for young Sri Lankans aspiring to build rewarding careers in technical and vocational fields. The world-class training and expertise gained through CGTTI will continue to play a pivotal role in developing a competent, skilled workforce to support Sri Lanka&#8217;s future industrial growth and economic advancement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We extend our sincere appreciation to all candidates, supervisors, invigilators, and staff members who contributed to making the examination process smooth and successful.
