1.<\/strong> <\/strong>Procurement method is National Competitive Bidding and the contract type is Measure & Pay.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 2. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested Bidders on the<\/p>\n\n\n\n submission of a written application to the address below from 3rd November,2026 to 16th November,2026 from<\/p>\n\n\n\n 9.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. on working days, and upon payment of a non \u2013 refundable fee of Rs. 3,500.00 (Rupees<\/p>\n\n\n\n Three Thousand and Five Hundred only) for each document. The method of payment will be in cash at the<\/p>\n\n\n\n CGTTI Accounts division.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3. Eligible bidders shall have Grade EM 03.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of LKR 300,000.00 which should be in favour of the Director<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Principal, Ceylon German Technical Training Institute<\/strong>, obtained from a commercial bank approved by the<\/p>\n\n\n\n Central Bank of Sri Lanka, valid up to 16th March,2027 (119 days). The bid security should be “on demand” and<\/p>\n\n\n\n “unconditional” and in the format given in the bidding document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 7. A pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held at 8.00 a.m<\/strong>. on 2026.11.10<\/strong> at the project site, Hambantota, conducted<\/p>\n\n\n\n by the Consultant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 8.
