The consultancy services include the design, procurement, contract management, and supervision of
construction and post-construction for the upgrading of the Renewable Energy Training Centre (Asian
Centre for Energy Transition – ASET) Solar Park in Sooriyawewa, Hambantota.
Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the service
(brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate
skills among staff, etc.) as per the formant (RFP) titled “Consultancy Service” available in the website
