The Ceylon German Technical Training Institute (CGTTI) is honored to announce a significant milestone in supporting the future of skilled technical professionals in Sri Lanka.
On 12th November 2025, the institute proudly received a valuable donation from the CGTTI Australia Alumni Association together with the generous contribution of Mr. Sarath Kumarasiri. This meaningful initiative reflects their continued dedication to empowering the next generation of technicians and uplifting vocational education.
As part of this generous contribution:
600 high-quality Circuit Banana Wires were donated to the Automobile Electrical Section, greatly enhancing the quality of practical training and hands-on learning experiences for our students. These essential training tools will directly contribute to improving technical competencies and industry readiness.
In addition, scholarships were awarded to several deserving trainees, providing financial support and motivation to continue their education and achieve their career aspirations in the technical field.
This contribution is not just a donation—it is an investment in the future of Sri Lanka’s skilled workforce. The impact of this support will be felt in classrooms, workshops, and ultimately in the industries our students will serve.
Our Heartfelt Appreciation
The management, staff, and students of CGTTI extend their deepest gratitude to the CGTTI Australia Alumni Association and Mr. Sarath Kumarasiri for their generosity, vision, and unwavering commitment to education. Your support plays a vital role in shaping competent, confident, and industry-ready professionals.
