We are proud to announce that the National Diploma and Higher National Diploma (Level 5 & 6) for the Industrial Millwright Technology trade has been successfully developed and officially included in the National Competency Standards (NCS) and the National Curriculum.
This marks a major step forward for German Tech (CGTTI) and all other vocational training institutions in Sri Lanka. Students can now pursue this pathway and obtain the National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) for the Millwright Fitter trade – a National & Globally recognized certification that opens doors to employment and mobility in the international job market.
This achievement reflects our ongoing commitment to aligning Sri Lanka’s technical education with global standards and equipping our youth with in-demand, industry-relevant skills.
