Saruwath Dansala Organized by CGTTI Auto Electrical Section
On the occasion of Poson Poya Day, the students of the 2022 and 2023 batches from the Auto Electrical Section of the Ceylon German Technical Training Institute (CGTTI), in collaboration with Sectional staff, successfully organized a Saruwath Dansala on the institute premises.
This meaningful initiative was held under the guidance of Mr. Pujitha Perera, Head of the Auto Electrical Section. The event was open to the public and warmly welcomed by attendees from all walks of life.
The Dansala reflected the core values of Poson—generosity, unity, and service to others—and was marked by enthusiastic participation from both apprentices and members of the broader community.
“It was heartening to see our students take the lead in such a noble cause, embodying the spirit of Poson and bringing people together,” said Mr. Pujitha Perera.
From preparation to execution, the event was a testament to teamwork, leadership, and social responsibility, showcasing how technical education can go hand in hand with cultural and moral development.
