In celebration of the sacred Poson Poya festival, the Industrial MechatronicsSection of the Ceylon German Technical Training Institute (CGTTI) proudly organized its first-ever Seeni Sambal Bun Dansala — a heartwarming act of generosity that reflected the spirit of Poson.
This special community event was held on the premises of the Mechatronics Division and was jointly organized by both staff and students, showcasing a meaningful collaboration between students and educators. With the aim of promoting compassion, sharing, and cultural values, the dansala served hundreds of sugar sambal buns to devotees and passersby, creating a festive and welcoming atmosphere for all.
The initiative reflects the values CGTTI instills in its learners: community service, humility, and unity — alongside technical excellence. The success of this event highlights the growing enthusiasm within the Mechatronics Division to contribute positively beyond the classroom.
CGTTI congratulates and appreciates the entire Industrial Mechatronics team for their thoughtful contribution to this sacred occasion, and we look forward to seeing more such impactful events that bring together technical knowledge and social responsibility.
